Proposed Deed Modification and Section 26a Permit to Ian and Kimberly Holback on Douglas Reservoir

TVA is considering a Section 26a permit and deed modification request from Ian and Kimberly Holback over approximately 1.13 acres of TVA flowage easement for the construction of two residences.  The project is located on Douglas Reservoir at Muddy Creek Mile 3 (left bank) (35.955480, -83.393730), in Jefferson County, Tennessee.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request prior to making a permit decision. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
