Proposed Section 26a Permit for Modification to Duncan Boat Dock on Fort Loudoun Reservoir

TVA is considering a Section 26a permit request from Duncan Boat Dock to modify the previous permit.  Modifications include adjustments to Docks A-F.  Harbor limits will not be modified.  The project is located on Fort Loudoun Reservoir at Tennessee River Mile 635.1R, 35.889001, -83.988715, in Knox County, Tennessee.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request prior to making a permit decision. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
