KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Valley Authority Board of Directors invites the public to join its quarterly business meeting in person or online as the agency advances America’s energy future. The meeting will be held at 2 p.m. CT on Thursday, May 21, at the Marshall County RSVP Building, 19272 US Hwy 431, Guntersville, AL 35976. Please note this is a change from the initial advisory. A live stream of the meeting will be available at TVA.com.

A public listening session will be held the same day from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. CT, on Thursday, May 21, at the same location. This session provides an opportunity for the public to share input directly with the Board. Individuals wishing to address the Board have the choice of registering to speak in person or submitting written comments through the Board’s webpage at tva.com/board. Registration opens online at noon on Friday, May 15. Individuals without computer access can register to speak or arrange to submit written comments by calling 865-776-7015.

The Board will convene at 2 p.m. CT on Thursday, May 21, at the RSVP Building and will consider the agenda items listed below.
