TVA’s Transmission Right of Way team is here to answer any questions you have about a TVA transmission line easement on your property. We can answer easement questions and provide guidance on what is permitted within the right of way, including where compatible plants can be safely planted.

When contacting the Right of Way team, please include the complete address of the property in question, as well as your name and phone number. When leaving a voice message, please be as concise as possible; the message will only record 45 seconds.
